Huntsville

Huntsville is one of the oldest cities in Alabama with its birth taking place just after the turn of the 19th Century in 1805. The only older city in Alabama is Mobile which was founded by the French a century earlier. The city has a population over approximately 190,000 people on over 210 square miles. Recently in 2011, the Huntsville Metro Area vaulted to the 2nd largest area within Alabama under Birmingham. With construction and style types abound from ranch and two story homes to victorian and contemporary, the city has never seen fit to sit on its laurels of achievements. The sizes of homes can be also on the vast scale from approximately 500 to well over 10,000 square feet. Each neighborhood and subdivision within is unique and is not a cookie cut pattern of its neighbor. With this many choices, you know you can pick the right home for you.
